1. All abstracts must be written in English.
2. Abstract submission deadline: 14^th November 2025 (Fri)
3. Authors must attend the meeting in-person.
4. Notification of acceptance will be released via email.
5. Selected abstracts will be eligible for oral presentations. Details of the oral presentation will be provided with notification of acceptance.
6. The organising committee reserves the right to accept and reject any abstract.
7. The organising committee reserves the right to have the abstract printed in the programme book of the Congress.

Content of the Abstract
1. Please provide a structured abstract of no more than 350 words which should be divided into the following sections:
(a) Introduction
(b) Methods
(c) Results
(d) Conclusion
2. Abstract should be submitted in pdf format.
3. Use a normal, plain font for text.
4. Tables, figures and graphs may be included.
5. Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
